This antique cane has a beautifully carved horse head.  The nostrils are flaring and the gums upturned to reveal the stallion’s finely sculpted teeth.  Interestingly there is also a head/face carved partway down the shaft of the cane.  Ideal for those collecting horse-related folk art or horse people who sometimes are in need of a stylish talk-raising cane to get around their social circles.  Est. Late 1800s to early 1900s.
